Nev Hyman is the founder of Firewire Surfboards and the brand has been around since 2005. Started with factories in California and Australia, but moved to Thailand in 2007.
Firewire Surfboards manufactures advanced performance surfboards and is dedicated to elevating the surfing experience through innovative design, new materials, and advanced construction methods.
Kelly Slater is the main driver of the brand and in collaboration with surfboard designers like Rob Machado, Dan Mann, Tomo and Wingnut, the brand has the aim to maximize stoke in our oceans and minimize waste in our landfills.
